Connect Kontrol F1 to ableton 12 live and make also the link with Traktor Pro

Hello, I've recently bought Kontrol F1 to a DJ but I experience a lot of issue to link it with Ableton and Traktor.

There is a message "driver not recognized" on my PC. I have tried to launch the driver updater but it wasnt working. I have also dowloaded Native Access and nothing is working.

Currently, my traktor software seems to recognize the F1 but nothing more.

Can you help me, I'm a beginner and it's really complicated for me :/

To solve this, what Os do you use? Have you tried another USB cable?

Where do you see this?

For the F1 to work in other programs you have to set it into midi mode.

I have also dowloaded Native Access and nothing is working.

What is not working? Do you get an error?
