i need to know the compatibility of my windows 11 pro os /mixcraft pro 9 daw and your native audio mastering software and how to setup the plugins in my daw

Here are the system requirements:

So it should work as Mixcraft probably supports VST3 and AU (hopefully). It's not in the supported hosts though, it doesn't mean it will not work but it hasn't been full on tested like for these supported DAWs.

What product do you mean exactly? Izotope's Ozone? Does your DAW supports VST3 or AU plug-ins? I guess so, so all our current products are "compatible"
