Can't log into the Izotope Product Portal for months now

I've been trying to log into the Izotope product portal for a couple of months now, never with success. It just stopped working one day. Both of my NI and Izotope passwords are the same.

I've been getting the below error message.

I NEED this to work.

I have been having the same problem for about 6 months now.

I haven't been able to use my Izotope plugins.

One day my Izotope login password stopped working.

I clicked the reset password button and went through the process of changing my password.

Then...when I try to login…it STILL says I'm using the wrong password.

When I login with my Native ID credentials, it doesn't show any of the $1000 worth of Izotope plugins I own.

I've been going back and forth in emails for 6 months and the issues still hasn't been fixed.

Did you actually "sync" up your NI/Izotope accounts? There is/was a very specific process to do this a month or two ago and if you have not walked through that process - it will never work.

First thing to do is to forget Product Portal and log into your actual iZotope account via a web browser:

Ignore the Native ID part here and use the upper two fields.

Once you can confirm access and everything is good with your iZotope product mix (ON their site) - remember the user name/password and log off.

Then log into your NI Acct - using your NI credentials. Once you get into you NI account and confirm everything is good there.

Once you have logged into BOTH accounts successfully - I would then log into Product Portal using your (now known good) iZotope credentials. And I assume you can already get into Native Access with your NI creds.

Final step - is to change your iZotope credentials to be the same as your NI credentials and you can then use the Native ID login above.

You could experience this if you are using cached browser passwords rather than typing in all from scratch, especially since the iZotope site will try to load the N.I. credentials in the browser.

Otherwise then never wait that long time to get an issue fixed.

Please either contact iZotope Purchase & account support or N.I. Account Support and explain the problem and also tell what is the email address with login problem and make sure to tell that it is the iZotope site that is the problem).

In case that you need guidance contacting support : How to contact NI Support and How to get in touch with our Customer Care

Quote Jeremy_NI : If you followed these steps but you have issues logging in to your account, then you should have found a dedicated type form, that I will post here, just in case of you missed it: : Account Login & Password Support! , This has been tested and checked on various browsers and works for all our customers that get in touch every day.

Nothing wrong at all for 99.999% of people.

You need to confirm your NI acct via browser and then your izotope account via browser.

If you had old creds for iZotope - use them. If you synced your iZo account with your NI acct - use that.
