Komplete 15 Select, Where?

Hi,

My purchase of the Maschine Plus stated that a copy of Komplete 15 Select was included, however no such code or anything was in the box. How can I obtain my copy please?

    All your included products are listed in your account. The downloads should be visible in Native Access once you log in with your account details. The Plus products are downloaded directly to the Plus via the onboard wifi.

    I thought as it’s called Komplete Select, that I’d be able to choose one of the three available options. Nothing is showing up in Native Access.
