Missing files in Komplete Kontrol

Hello, recently cubase reports that I'm missing KONTAKT sounds or some related "complete control" application. in Kontakt I can open all my instruments and sounds normally and there is no problem there, but not in the Komplete kontrol which tells me "plug-in not found. I can't open any of the instruments in it, it seems that it is not connected to the location where the archive is located. Can someone help me with this problem, I'm using cubase 13, mac m2

The standard Mac must do and always check is the ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : Howto Enable Full Disk Access on macOS and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats

Then as for Komplete Kontrol then before starting to use in a DAW then you must have opened KK as standalone and had it scanned for plugins.

Then if you have a problem with KK then check these support articles : Resetting the Komplete Kontrol Database and My Komplete Kontrol Browser is Empty or Incomplete .

Also then please notice that Komplete Kontrol 2.9.6 were Last VST2 supported version , newer Komplete Kontrol does not come as VST2 though it may still load VST2 plugins
