I keep receiving the same emails from Native Instruments and iZotope for Komplete 15, I don't need the same email from multiple companies.
Can you h ave your team do a check on each database and ensure you only send it once?
Thank you. Mark the address as flagged when you send it with a timestamp and an email identifier, then have each system check against it.

Hi @Scott Frost apologies for the duplicate email. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter using the email account you'd like to remove from the newsletter list.
