    I keep receiving the same emails from Native Instruments and iZotope for Komplete 15, I don't need the same email from multiple companies.

    Can you h ave your team do a check on each database and ensure you only send it once?

    Thank you. Mark the address as flagged when you send it with a timestamp and an email identifier, then have each system check against it.

    Hi @Scott Frost apologies for the duplicate email. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter using the email account you'd like to remove from the newsletter list.

    We're working on improving the customer experience, including consolidating systems between NI and iZo, to prevent issues like this in the future. Thanks for your patience!
