Not received Shipping Label.

I ordered a shipping label for my S3 two weeks and still not have received it. I attached the details here. What can I do? I have been continuously been trying to contact N.I.

    @PJ Johnson I've checked your initial request (4333032) and on September 26th you were sent a pdf with a prepaid shipping label. I invite you to check your email inbox again for messages around that time, I will also send it to you by DM so we can save up some time.

    I've removed the PDF as it's got a lot of personal information in it. This needs to be handled by customer service I think. @Jeremy_NI or @Mert_NI can probably help.
