Why No Kontakt 8 or Guitar Rig 7 in Recent Ultimate 15 Update

Hello… After attempting to correct this online.. I cannot determine why there is no Kontakt 8 or Guitar Rig 7 in my registered products after purchasing Ultimate 15 update
There is also no Schema Light and possibly others but I'm mainly concerned with recent Kontakt and Guitar Rig updates

    Are you looking in your registered products list online or in Native Access? How long ago did you purchase? Does anything new appear? What version of Native Access?

    Searched both places purchased 7 Oct early AM
    Yes lots of "new" including Ultimate 15 Update

    Native Access 1.14.1

    You're using the old/legacy Native Access 1 version, which is no longer maintained and won't reliably show newer products anymore.

    Download the new Native Access 2 from below:

    Install it, log into it and you should see Kontakt 8 and Guitar Rig 7.
