E-Voucher not working ... are they bugged?
Hey,
I have bought my Maschine in mid April but havent had the chance to set it up before so I am only trying to use my 6 free expansion e-voucher now (its still valid). I have selected the 6 expansions that I like the most but when I enter my code in the checkout I have an error. First it said that the code was not valid for the products and now it just says that the code is invalid. I have opened a ticket but I haven't had a response yet, I have also tried cleaning the cache and using another browser but no luck either… I am starting to "panic" bc the voucher is only valid for a few days more and its not working neither do I have a reply from support…

Probably a few work days (support do not work weekends) , but in any case then usually within a week , all depends on present load. If the ticket were successfully created then you should have received a confirmation email (also check email spam folder) , if they do not respond within a week then politely update your ticket to let support know that you are still waiting for a response. Also N.I. support do not work in the weekend.
