Komplete 13 Upgrade

HelloNative Instruments,

Finbarr(Barry) Dillon here. I have a short query which I hope NI TechSupport may be able to help me with. I have been a purchaser and registered user of the NI Komplete series of software bundles going back to Komplete 6. The last version of Komplete I bought was Komplete 13 Ultimate (Upgrade). Alas how and ever the original Apple Macbook I had is old (Circa 2010) running OSX 10.13.6. I have a newer intel based Macbook running MacOS 12.6.

My question to NI is can I simply install the Komplete 13 Ultimate suite of programmes into my macOS Sonoma laptop or do I have to copy across some files from my old 10.13.6 mac to the new Sonoma system, given that my original Komplete 6 etc are installed on this system. Thank you for your help and assistance.

    Hello,

    you just install native access 2 on your new computer, log in and then you should see all products you can download and use.
