I see a lot of people have had this issue. Hilariously, when I click the link in threads to submit a ticket, I get a "this page no longer exists" error.
I don't see any clear way to register a ticket with support.

I'm certain the serial number (as displayed on my Komplete Kontrol MK3 S49) has been entered perfectly.
I'm having the same problem right now. New S88 Mk3. Entered it multiple times, tried trashing the xml, still that same error. i submitted a ticket but anyone have any other ideas?

I also have exactly the same issue. Everything is ready, Native Access etc, but I keep getting the error "an error occurred while processing your serial."
Anyone know a solution?
