Traktor 4 Have Serious Problems

Since I got Traktor Pro 4 I've had problems both on Mac and Windows. Blurrywaveforms are part of the problem several times. I lost my collection the last time I updated. Luckily I have a backup. This last time the blurrywaveforms appeared I was adjusting the beat grid for many songs which has already happened to me twice. When I play and I'm not doing any of the things I mentioned, Traktor works without problems because I'm not doing anything other than playing music. The remix decks don't work well at all, I can't use them. The freeze mode goes out of tempo and makes a loop outside the time you assign it. This program was not ready to be released. I'm a Traktor fanatic always. But this latest version is not the best at all. Too many problems and nobody does anything. I paid for unstable software that doesn't help at all. I'm very disappointed and I hope they have a solution for these problems.😪
