Missing Izotope Ozone software in Komplete 15 upgrade?

I have upgraded to Komplete 15 but can see the Izotope ozone 11 standard software in Native Access but cannot instal it. It does not appear in my Izotope Product Portal account either. Everything else has installed cleanly. I am on a macbook pro running Ventura 13.7

Any help appreciated.

What version of Native Access are you using? This looks like version 1, that would explain it, please install the latest version: https://www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/native-access-2/

That has done the trick. Thank you very much.

I'm seeing that there a lot of updates (83!) for the Komplete 15 software I installed via NA version 1 only yesterday.

Do these need to be reinstalled via Native Access version 2? I'm just thinking about drive space.

You should install the updates, it's usually not a lot of data anyway.
