I try to update the firmware of my kontrol s61 mk3, it will not work

I bought my S61 MK3 3 months ago and had massive problems with the first firmware update. After changing a lot of cables and using different USB ports, I finally succeeded. the second time the same game. now the third time nothing works anymore. First the familiar screen “looks like something went wrong” then a white screen then the wrong screen again. no chance of finishing it. I tried it on 4 different PCs, 2 of them didn't even recognize the keyboard despite the correct installation of the hardware control. I'm at the end of my patience. This piece of hardware is not even remotely sophisticated. Numerous crashes during operation, firmware updates that cannot be carried out, and many minor errors. does anyone know any advice?
