There are no blocks or ensembles in my newly downloaded Reaktor 6

Evening all. I had Reaktor 5 many years ago but as it was a legacy I removed it (and the Komplete Start) from my Mac. But in a moment of madness tonight I decided to upgrade to 6. Bought it. It appeared in my Native Access and downloaded and it opens and when I click on the start screen to play the ensembles it says there's no content. None in the blocks too. I went back to the Native Access as requested and still nothing is there. I have looked on line and posts here too and I can't seem to solve the problem. Finally went mad and bought 6 but I can't access anything. Any help gratefully received and apology for the most basic of questions. Thanks in advance. Pete

The upgrade should give you exactly the same content as the full price version - both are “full versions”

You need to install the blocks etc from NA, as has been stated they are separate downloads. If you are not seeing them perhaps you do not have the latest version of Native Access?

I don't know whether this is the problem — but buying full Reaktor 6 should also let you download

maybe also the older Reaktor Blocks ( I got this instead of the first two when I bought R6 in 2015)

These must be installed as separate downloads from Native Access.

thanks Drb for your reply. I think the issue is that I had Reaktor 5 but because it was legacy and I couldn’t reregister it, therefore it was a demo version I removed it to make a clean start as it were. I don’t have the 5 exe file and I can’t download it so I’m stuck. I had enough money for the upgrade but sadly not for the full price. I have contacted NI direct and I’m waiting for a reply. Thanks for taking the time to answer. Very perceptive.

@Kymeia thank you so much for the help. I saw all the various bits in the Native Assist but I just didn't realise that I had to download them. It's my own fault I just didn't realise. Thank you for taking the time. I'm a happy man. Have a great weekend.
