Komplete 15 - "Download failed" error message for some but not all items

Komplete 15 Standard Edition download

A large portion has downloaded successfully but 26 items will not load. Error message showing “download failed”. I have reviewed and tried all known fixes that I can find.

Native Relay Fix - Don’t have Native Relay

IS and Aria files deleted from downloads folder. 

3 file locations for download, application and content are. All different.

Native Access and NTKDaemon have full disk access under privacy

Any thoughts please?

Sorry, of course meant I don't have Private Relay.

I’m experiencing the same issue on macOS. I upgraded to Komplete 15, but 35 items won’t download. I’ve tried the well-known method of disabling iCloud privacy, but after a week of attempts, nothing has worked. My guess is that too many people are trying to download at once, and Native Instruments hasn’t scaled their servers accordingly. It’s frustrating, especially since I pre-ordered to have it ready by release day.

Actually, I managed to solve the issue. I changed the content path to a new location, then switched it back to the original one, restarted Native Access, and that did the trick.
