Battery 4: Articulation Not Working in Most Instances

I have Battery 4.3.0, running on Windows 10. The issues appears both in my DAW as well as in the standalone product.

Right now, articulation only works in select cells on the cell grid. In a 4 x 4 grid, the cells that articulation works are in A1 and D4 only.

The articulation "power button icon" is lit up, but Battery plays the note as if it were not activated. In a 4x4 grid, this occurs for all cells, EXCEPT A1 and D4.
If I move the sample from A1 to another cell (e.g. B1), then the articulation no longer works. However, the sample that it was swapped with (originally in B1, now in A1) will now work with the articulation
With larger grid sizes, this also happens in a similar way, but the cells that work for articulation are different than the 4x4 grid, but still most cells seem to ignore that the articulation button is activated

I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, fresh reboots, etc. But nothing fixes it. I've uploaded some screen shots to better explain what I am describing above.

Here's how to reset Battery 4 to default on a WIndows system:

Delete the USER Registry Entry

Click the Windows Start button at the bottom left side of your screen.
Type "regedit" into the search field, then press Enter to open the Windows Registry Editor.
In the Registry Editor, navigate the folder structure to this location and locate the folder for the NI product that is crashing:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Native Instruments > *Product Name* Folder
Note: Deleting the incorrect folder could result in unexpected behaviour with other applications, and possibly your operating system.
Close the Registry Editor and reopen your NI software to check that the issue has been resolved.

Reinitialize the Application Database

Note: The "AppData" is a hidden Windows folder. See this article for instructions to display hidden Windows folders.
Search through the Native Instruments folder at this location to find the folder of the NI product that is crashing.
Delete only the folder for the NI product that is crashing.
Reopen your NI software to check that the issue has been resolved.

I've tested with the exact same articulation settings across cells. It only works in the specific cells and not the others.
I can't find a way to do this. I've even searched the manuals. How is this accomplished?
This isn't an issue with MIDI mappings or daw settings as far as I can tell. This occurs when running Battery 4 as a standalone application and using the mouse to click on the cell to activate it.

I've also submitted a ticket to support, but still waiting to hear back.
