hey! i buyed a second hand maschine mikro mk3 some time ago, used it in my macbooks, but now im running windows and tried to install and entered the serial and says its already registered. however i have the 1st owner log in mail and pass and no longer exists as also.

i cannot use it now. what do i do?

    Hello,

    you can´t register the serial twice, you have to login with the account it is registered to. You can contact support and if you have some proof of ownership they can maybe transfer the license - but i don´t know for sure, you have to contact support.
