Traktor 4 Pro not showing in Native Access

Purchased Pro 4 update from Pro 3 today but not showing in Native Access on my Windows 11 laptop.

I have added the serial number in but still nothing. Windows updates all up-to-date. Native Access is fully up-to-date.

Have tried uninstalling Native Access and reinstalling, logging out and back in, refreshing but still nothing.

So much for being available for download instantly!

So 4 days after I have purchased the product I still can't use it.

Spent a bit of time with support yesterday troubleshooting but nothing new, got sent a link to download TP4 from a Googledrive as still not available through Native Access but can't license and use it because it is not linked.

Provided logs for a specialist to review but 24 hours later and still nothing - really poor support I'm sorry to say.

Out of curiosity, when you go to https://www.native-instruments.com/en/my-account/my-products-serials-downloads/ does Traktor 4 show up there?

It does, yes. And I have 'successfully' added the serial into Native Access but seems to make no difference to making the product available in my library

My other NI products are also showing in NA for reference, so the accounts are linked

I'm Having the same issue with Traktor Pro 4 not showing in Native Access on Windows 10. However, I believe that I've found a work around to get it installed. It worked for me.

    1. Add the serial number to Native Access (Latest Ver 3.14.0)
    2. Download and install the demo version of Traktor Pro 4
      https://www.native-instruments.com/en/products/traktor/dj-software/traktor-pro-4/free-trial/
Note: (Enter your email address to get the link sent to you).
    3. Run Traktor ( Here you may choose to import from prior version)
Upon completion you will be presented with the option to buy the product or open Native Access
    4. Click open Native Access

At this point Traktor Pro 4 will be registered with your serial number. Native Access will still not show any reference to Traktor Pro 4. However you will have a fully registered and licensed copy installed. You can verify this by clicking Help then About.

Finally got this working but with somewhat of a workaround.

I was provided with the native access.xml by the support tech and have been able to use TP4 correctly now and it is showing in Native Access.

Support still unsure why the .xml file is not being created as it should though.

How do I get this fixed? I have the exact same problem, tried uninstalling and reinstalling things and the demo of 4 to see if that fixed it, nada.

For me, the file NativeAccess.xml was not recreating itself when launching Native Access, even after a fresh install.

It should appear in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center (for Windows obvs).

If you do have the .xml file in this location, delete it and replace it with the fresh one I was sent from Support:

Argh - so I can't post links or the .xml file here, if you PM me, I can send you the file directly if you like - it's genuine and hosted by NI
