I preordered Komplete 15 a while back. Supposedly it is now ready to download. I found my serial number (in MY Products) and input it into Native Access, but I still do not see K 15.

There will not show anything called Komplete 15 , it will only show as the products included (Also try checking tab Available) , you need to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS else try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access.
Otherwise , if problem persists then please contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support or N.I. Account Support whichever you think most appropriate.
