NI Transfer ID Not `valid

I purchased a NI Controller second hand. `the seller has transferred the product license & I am now attempting to transfer it into my account.

When I insert the code, it informs me that the transfer token is not valid.

I have sent an e-mail onto support, but nothing as of yet. ~This has been going on for over a week now, any suggestions?

    email to support? Do you mean you opened a ticket on the support website?

    Because there is no support email.

    Figuring out that NI are non existent when it comes to customer support. No wonder other platforms are coming up. sad really

    What? They just don't use emails for initial contact, they do have support.
