Traktor pro 4

I've just bought the X1 MK3,

The Traktor Pro 4 update is supposed to be available with the purchase of the product. However, in Native Access, I have nothing at all.

Can anyone help me? I don't have a solution.

    You registered it, but don't have Traktor 3 or 4?

    I have registered the product, the X1 MK3, but I can read on the Native Instruments site that it comes with Traktor Pro 4. I already have the Traktor Pro 3 version and I would like to
    the latest version in Native Access. However, this is not offered to me, despite my product being registered.
