“Download failed” on any instrument from komplete 15

hey all I got collectors edition and things like contact or anything that was an app that came with the collectors edition downloaded fine but anything that is an instrument immediately says download fail no matter what I’ve done I’ve done the iCloud privacy fix, the full disk access fix, and made sure I was on the latest native access for at native Apple silicon…nothing works…pretty frustrating

I'm not a mac user myself but have you tried to clear the download folder, where native access saves temporarily the installation files.

Macintosh HD > Users > *Username* > Downloads

Maybe it's a problem of heavy traffic, cause, as you know, k15 is new
