I just purchased Spitfire's Kepler Orchestra and have versions of Evolution Destroyer and Ferrum. They are downloaded but I cannot install them. How do I get the correct path for Native Acdess?

Of course you locate them, cause you can't download them via native access. You download those libraries from the company spitfire directly then just unpack and locate - as described in the manual I linked in my first post. A native employee won't tell you something different as the description in the manual. Have you tried to find the downloaded files in a file browser, if you see a zip file or something like that, right click on it and extract it.

    Hello,

normally you get an instruction from the website you buy and download it from. The download is often a packed file you have to unpack and then put it in a folder (to all the other libraries, you can see what folder in native access options) but of course create an own subfolder for every library, like the ones from native instruments. Put the unpacked files in that folder then locate with native access.

Thanks for the info but it still does not go into the path. I have redownloaded and it shows where the path is but I keep getting locate rather than install. This is very frustrating that you cannot talk to someone in the company.
