Can't un-install Kontakt 7 properly

After uninstalling Kontakt 7 following the installation paths in Native Access for un-install, emptying trash, and re-booting. When I open Native Access again it still sees a broken install of Kontakt 7 somehow. There is no directory "Kontak 7" at the path it thinks there is (see image)

    Hello,

yeah I have the same issue with some products, I just ignore it. But if course it shouldn't be that way.

    I found the issue.

Native Access says the path to the json file should exist here (which is my content library) see image.

But it does not exist there, it existed here (on Mac at least)

    "/Users/Shared/Native Instruments/installed_products/{product}.json"

Delete that json file and the product no longer shows in Native access as requiring repair.

Im making a quick utility application to avoid this tedium, which I can share later (maybe today)

Anyone wants a copy of the MacOS utility app I have created to uninstall the products that are not currently un-installable from Native Access, please PM me here.
