I'm not sure how to get a hold of support, so I'm posting my problem here. I had to clear space for work on my system fast, so I had to remove all my music apps and sounds. I didn't find an easy way to uninstall all instruments I had, which was taking up more than a TB, it seemed I could only remove them one by one, which was taking forever, so I just deleted all the directories they were in and uninstalled the programs.
When I got my new hard drive, I reinstalled everything and it's been nothing but problems since.
I had installed Native Access, Komplete Kontrol, and Maschine along with a few instruments. I could get nothing at all to load in Maschine and the Browser button on my Keyboard was disabled.
When I opened Komplete Kontrol, I could see my instruments, but the Browser button is still disabled. I have to load the instruments manually in the software instead of the keyboard.
I've since tried to completely uninstall everything following a guide on NA site, reinstalled it and it's the same problem. Using all updated drivers and firmware, etc.
All the software, plugins and sounds are now installed on my new external drive.
Does anyone have a solution? How know how I can contact NA support?
