Komplete 15 Standard Download

I'm having a terrible time trying to get answers about why I can't download Komplete 15 Standard. It's not showing up in Native Access. I was online chatting with their support who had me reinstall NA to no avail. Then he fobbed me off to a specialist who still has not contacted me after four hours. Is anyone else in this same situation right now?

Yep, exactly. "Komplete" is just the bundle name.

    Hello,

what exactly is not working, do you see the new products and simply can´t download them, does the installation fail or what is happening?

There is no link to download K15 visible in Native Access.

It won't show up as an entry. Its content/products will.

Do you see all of them in Native Access?

Yes, all of the products show up. So, are you saying that Komplete is not a software program, but a collection of apps, and plug-ins?

Well, I'm feeling like a Komplete Bonehead now. I was assuming there had to be some controlling app for all of it. Thanks for setting me straight.

I do have another question for the group. Can I install the effects and libraries to an outboard drive separate from the applications folder on the internal drive where the apps are installed?

You can, before you install everything, set a path for the libraries in the settings of native access.

    Thanks. I'll do that.
