Same here, can hardly get anything installed, randomly shows only tiny fraction of products owned.
Server overload 🤷♂️hopefully will calm down soon.

same issue on Mac. Updated native access, everything showed up, but all downloads fail.

I have 10 expansions that show successful installation but without actually being installed.

looks like its fixed..go download and install upto date native access 2..i had the upto date version but it never worked properlly it was always crashing and having issues trying too download/install.
so i redownloaded and installed it again from ni website instead of the update it did automatically.
once i did this it found all my products and its installing and downloading everything very very fast.

Those do not look installed to me.
If they were - the Install button would not be available.
Or are these actually installed? Some of them are not Expansions either - like Schema Dark for example.

Please make sure that you have done the Mac must do thing : ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on mac OS and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats .
If problem persists then please open a forum thread on the issue or contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support instead.

The 'INSTALL' button reappeared every time it shows the installation is successful. I said 'expansion' in a general way.

Thank you. Once I granted NTKDaemon the full access it worked. But what's weird is that I did it before.

Hello guys, as all of the pre-ordered Komplete 15's launched at the same time, these issues can be caused due to the traffic in our servers, can you please restart your computers and Native Access's and retry to download your products.
This can help to solve the issue in some cases.
If this will not solve the issue, please create a support ticket as this can be caused by a system incident, this can be better to check this in an individual case instead of the community post.
