My S4MK3 Screen Mods: "Midnight Fiction"

Hi all!

I had the chance to try out the Kontrol S4MK3. However, it didn't work out for me so I returned it. However, the time I did have it, I was able to create a mod for it!

I codenamed the mod "Midnight Fiction". Features include:

• Scrolling waveform
  • Note: The S4 MK3 screens have a slow refresh rate, so the scrolling may not be as smooth.
  • Waveform zoom can be customized (requires editing a file)
• "Key Match Assist" to help with harmonic mixing
  • When holding SHIFT to change the key, keys compatible with the current deck's key are shown (only in musical format). It also shows a picture of a single octave piano keyboard for reference.
  • Can be disabled (requires editing a file)
• Toggle stem FX sends from pads
  • Credit: DJ NUO. Please see his video (linked in the GitHub) on how to use this feature.
• Display stable tempo percentage
  • a.k.a. the current tempo's relative percentage from the song's original tempo
• Change deck colors
  • Deck 1 through 4 are set to the colors: White, White, Red, Orange
  • Credit: swightwick, Greater Good Beats & Instrumentals
  • Colors are customizable (requires editing a file)

There you can find instructions on what files to replace in your Traktor folder, and how to customize the mod. This was developed and tested with Traktor Pro 4 only. Please note that I do not own the S4MK3 anymore, so I will not be maintaining this project! However just wanted to share the mod I was able to make while I had it!
