    I don't think anything was promised at any particular time. NI used to be mostly/all German, but today it is mostly US-based. The US has 4 time zones, and that's if you don't count Hawaii.

    Bust today, NI is basically a new company with a new (and also US-based) owner, so we don't know what their release strategy might be. It's possible that NI will release it when they begin work in the morning, so that they are fully staffed in the event of problems.

    Or they could release it at midnight Pacific time, because that's where their LA offices are.

    I just happen to still be awake, so I thought I'd check. But I'm not going to stay up all night waiting for new sounds, lol. 😉

    I think the Komplete releases have usually been EU afternoon time from what I recall. So, I think it should be available a few more hours from now, i.e. 23rd Sep. EU afternoon.

    Ordered my Komplete 15 (an Update) from Best Service last week and the serial number has just arrived, which is fantastic!

    So, I think it should be a matter of hours before everyone starts getting serial numbers for their pre-order/order.

    I believe NI (and most likely resellers too) processes pre-orders first, so if you are pre-ordered you could get it very shortly.

    Guys, did you receive stuff from Plugin-alliance and voucher? @Jeremy_NI how long after registration I should receive all additional content/codes?

    I did get a "Vou Cher" email, and I wondered who was trying to tell me I was Cher. Since my French is awful, I looked up the words.

    • Vou = You (me, as I was reading the email)
    • Cher = dear

    So I'm dear? Well, thank you NI; what a nice thing to say!

    Yeah, Thanks. Your support team help me a lot. I haven't added liceense of one of the plugin from CE. Now everythig works fine.
