Traktor Pro 4 and Kontrol S8 not compatible

I have a MacBook Pro running Mac OS 14.5 and recently downloaded Traktor Pro 4 to run with my Kontrol S8 but have been having issues with crashing when I try to browse or load a track. Most times I can't even browse. When I click on the browse button I get a blank screen and also when I click on deck B browse it opens Deck A and vice versa. There are clearly some compatibility issues going on. Native Access tells me I have all the latest drivers and software updates. Any have any ideas?

I have exactly the same problem. As soon as I try to open certain music folders, I get a blank screen. Have you been able to find a solution yet?

I think it's a known problem and they are working on it.

I haven't been able to fix it and NI hasn't even responded to try and help

That seems pretty ******. I just paid for the upgrade and can't even play my music
