crackling sound with traktor pro 4

i ,have a crackling sound when i use traktor pro 4

my conf is

1/pc microsoft surface

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8650U CPU @ 1.90GHz 2.11 GHz

2/ Z1 as mixer and X1mk3

It was internal mixing while using z1 and it was in external mixing (while using my xone)

Are all drivers and firmwares up to date, is there enough free RAM, are all unnecessary things removed from autostart and is only Traktor open?

Did the problems exist before, e.g. with Traktor Pro 3?

Have you tried increasing the buffer size?

The problem occurs when I use the controllers and the sound card of z1

When I use the pc sound card the sound is good

Are any USB or other power saving features on?

now the situation is

I used the z1 the sound is good I can change the general volume but I cannot use the other buttons

And in traktor mixer on my pc there is no volume fader so I can use the mixer z1 only like a sound card
