Help registering an old Mikro Mk2

Hello, I am writing here because when I try to access support on the site (https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/sections/18115022767005) all I get is an interstitial screen with a never ending spinning circle.

I am trying to get my native instruments mikro maschine mk2 registered on a new computer, it was gifted to me a while back and I was able to successfully transfer ownership over to myself with my friend's help, but I after years of disuse I am am trying to set it up again and register the serial # and it won't let me.

Please advise, thx.

Hello,

you can't and don't need to register it again, you just install native access, log in and install your software.

With respect to the issue about the support site then try another browser , I usually suggests trying FireFox browser , Vivaldi browser , Chrome browser and Opera browser. You need to use a browser with Cookie , Security and Extensions settings that will allow for log-in on the page for the page to work.
