I NEVER CANCELED MY PRO PLUS SUBSCRIPTION

I have a gig tonight and this morning i logged into my computer and find that my Traktor Pro Plus Subscription has been canceled as of 09/07/2024 with reason other.

I have never canceled NOT EVER

It says click on Re Subscribe button but that not working so my software now usless !

Just been onto Scans web Site and ordered myself the Pioneer CDDJ ZX and arrives Wendsday, so sick of the issues with NI as this is not the first time they have messed up.

But I want answers before I smash and throw all this ****** in the bin.

I´m not 100% sure, but I might have read (somewhere) that with TraktorPro4 the Plus-subscription ended

just for knowledge: what isn´t working without Plus-subscription that you aren´t able to gig tonight? 😮

It was announced some time ago now, that the sub would be ending - here, on the main site, in the general DJ media…

Traktor Pro 4 now has all that stuff (and more) onboard, no sub required.

Even 3 will carry on working. You don't need the sub to use it.

All the subscription features and a few others are now included in the standard version, you have to update to Traktor Pro 4!

Most likely it happened because NI is no longer offering Traktor Pro Plus subscription. Therefore I expect there is no way to get it back at all. It is announced that all subscriptions will end by the end of this year at latest. But I read somewhere that especially for the monthly subscriptions they set an earlier end date.

If there is a way to get it back for the last few months of 2024 only support can help. If you want to use the former Plus features beyond the end of 2024 (or even now if you cannot get Plus back till then) you'll have to upgrade to Traktor Pro 4 anyway.
