    "It doesn't work and I tried things" doesn't help anyone to help you…

    What doesn't work? Software doesn't open? Controller won't connect to the software? It crashes? is there an error message? What exactly have you tried? How can we guess all these things??

    The hardware is only showing the power up screen, which reads "Maschine , Production and performance system.

    It does not read Native Access either

    What do you mean by "read" ? You have to install the latest version of Native Access 2 then install Maschine software from it.
