is there a video player in maschine software where you can make music synced to the video

    No, there's not. I wouldnt bet on this being added anytime soon.

    A work around with be to MIDI Sync or Link with another software/DAW that supports video.

    4thgate There's a workaround possible using VidPlayMTC. Takes a little bit of setting up but it plays start of video with play start and when you stop/play, it continues from where you stopped. If I remember correctly you can also overlay the timecode on the video.
