Tractor installation on new Mac

Hi guys

I was using tractor s2mk3 (both physical controller and program, on my laptop) but the old laptop crushed and Im left with my MacBook which I never used for tractor. I installed native instruments app on Mac from my profile but my tractor installation is not there.Tractor is not present and I can't instal it. I can't find it there.

What to do? I can't access my old laptop.

Please help.

Hello MonikaMikula, which Traktor version was that? If it was Traktor Pro 2,

Please note that Traktor Pro 2 is not compatible with macOS 10.15 or higher. This is the reason why Traktor Pro 2 isn’t displayed in Native Access; it of course remains registered in your user account.
You can either downgrade your operating system to a lower compatible system (10.14 or lower) or update your Traktor Pro 2 software to Traktor Pro 4.

Thank you for answer. Im not sure which tractor it is. Pro 2 or not.Its S2MK3, that's all its says.

How can I check that?

How do I downgrade Mac? Is that good for me other than getting tractor?

Im not very clever MacBook user as its new for me now.

Hello MonikaMikula, I checked your account and it seems like you have Traktor Pro 3 in your account so everything should be good. I will send you a direct download link for the Traktor Pro 3 in your email so you can download it.

According to downgrading, I definitely would not advice as this would not benefit except from some old products, but as you don't have Traktor Pro 2, this should be not the needed case in any case.
