Keyboard transposing problem

In Kontakt 7 all plugins respond to keyboard octave transposing, exept Choir*
Omnia. -1 to -3 keys is outside range!!!

I'm not sure what you mean here. Can you develop a little but? Which instrument/preset of Choir Omnia? What keyboard transpose function?
