Session Guitarist - Acoustic Sunburst Deluxe in 360 Pro

I wanted to try out "Session Guitarist - Acoustic Sunburst Deluxe" and activated the free trial for 360 Pro. However, when I go to Native Access, Acoustic Sunburst doesn't appear on the products that can be installed.

In the "Not installed" section there are only "Electric Mint", "Electric Sunburst", "Electric Vintage" and "Picked Nylon".

(I already own "Electric Sunburst Deluxe", "Picked Acoustic", "Strummed Acoustic" and "Strummed Acoustic 2", so obviously they are not there.)
