TRAKTOR KONTROL S4 - Input Line not working

Hi
I have connected 2 lines RCA (1 phone & 1 synth) in the input channels A & B, to run on decks C & D, but i don't get any sound :(
Did i missed something please ?

Thanks a lot :) It works
However, the sound comming from my Iphone plugged on the line is really low comparing the track chanels.
Is ti normal ? Can i boost it please ?

Make sure you turn it all the way up on your phone.

Else there us just gain to boost on what ever channel you output it.
