I have seen a free GM 1 library is availble?

I have found a link to download the samples individually, Is there a library that can be downloaded?

    I also have no idea what "GM 1 library" means. Unless he's referring to "General MIDI"? In which case, the answer would be NO WAY. I dropped General MIDI in 2004. It was during a hurricane, I think. 😮
