iZotope Product Portal not working but website is

Hi there,

I tried logging in into the iZotope product portal to check for updates. But I just get Name/Password is wrong. I then signed in on the website with the same credentials and that worked.

I also tried logging in to Native Access within the iZotope product portal but that just sent me back to iZotopes login. I change my password (although it worked) but still get the Name/Password wrong.

Everything is up to date btw…

Anybody have any idea or can help me?

    Just logged in here (to Portal) and it's all good.

    Be sure that you are using your "unique" credentials for the Portal - which are different than Native Access - unless you have actually changed each to be identical.

    And - I do not know what this means:

    Can you explain this a bit more?

    These two products are not linked in any way (yet).
