M32 MIDI controller is not being detected

Hello members

I am a new user of NI and bought M32. I recently changed my system and after installation of Komplete Kontrol, my NI MIDI device M32 is not being detected. I tried to update the firmware but the patch again is not detecting my MIDI controller.

What should I do ?

Please go into Komplete Kontrol and tell us the exact version number.

Also, what version is your Native Access?

And are you on Mac or PC?

Komplete kontrol version 3.3.2

Native Access : 3.13.0 (050bb23/1.20.0.0)

PC (windows 11).

In Komplete Kontrol, when i see controller menu, M32 is disabled even when it is connected with my laptop. But I noticed that its lights are linking (turning on and off continuously)

I tried to update the firmware of M32 by using following updater but even the patcher is not detecting the M32 controller

KKM_FWUpdater_3.17.0_Win

KKM_FWUpdater_140_Win

it might be the USB port as my laptop is lenovo ryzen 7. it might have USB 3 but I am not sure what driver to update for my M32 to detect in my laptop.
