Error loading instruments.

Hi last week while i was making music in machine my machine crashed and didn't open, i had contacted customer service but had found a way to open it again, after this all my instruments cannot be loaded, i followed the steps for

Maschine 2 Error Message: "Error. *NI Product* could not be loaded" (Windows)

And that didn't work.

Kontakt and Reaktor are both installed and work as standalones.

My issue is that when i open 40's keys that it says that i have an too old version.

Kontakt Error Message: "Your version of Kontakt is too old to load this file."

This only happens by 40's keys, by my other instruments it simply says error product could not be loaded..

I am very upset by this due to that i have spent hours searching for solutions but none of this has helped and i can still not play music in machine or finish any projects due to this.

I have deleted all my NI products and reinstalled all products and before reinstalling i had pressed on restore defaults by native acces, this didn't resolve the issue at all.

I tried to make a new folder for my instruments in the hope that that might help but that didn't help at all.

Is there any possibility that anyone can help me with this, i had already tried to delete machine in %localappdata% and that didn't help..

I am running out of idea's and if there is no solution i simply have to say goodbye to NI cause why would anyone spend money on products that you cannot use anymore.. :(
