Traktor Kontrol S4 MK2 stopped working in Traktor Pro 4. Possible bug with device setup.

I had a situation yesterday where I had used my S4 in the morning and it was fine.

Opened Traktor 4 with out the S4 connected at some stage after that but just to look at play lists.

Opened Traktor 4 with the S4 connected later in the evening and S4 was detected as an audio device but none of the controls were working. I couldn't figure it out so I used Traktor 3 for the night which worked fine.

Had a look today and the Device setup for my S4 in Traktor 4 under preferences, controller manager had changed from the following:

to this:

I don't think I had changed anything myself so it may be a bug in Traktor 4 changing settings depending on what is connected when opening and closing Traktor.

As you can see, the in and out ports were set to none effectively disabling the controller under Traktor.Kontrol S4MK2.Default.

I haven't been able to repro this but this information might be handy to anyone who has the same problem when they turn up to their gig and don't know why the controller isn't working.
