Shouldn’t pads in scene mode not trigger midi notes?

Every time I want to trigger a scene, one of my external midi instruments makes a note.

Is this a bug? (I just noticed this after updating to 1.4.0.3)

    No, it's an option.

    Disable MIDI Change in the 2nd page of Settings> MIDI.

    It's purpose is to record Scene/Section/Lock changes externally.
