I bought Traktor 4 upgrade but does not show on Native Access

I upgraded Native Access in both my laptop and desktop, at first on desktop I did not see Traktor 4 only 3, but on laptop after installing Native Access, Traktor 4 is not showing only Traktor 3. please help
