Izotope products have been wrongly 'Cancelled' in Native Access

Several Izotope products I bought either directly from Izotope or elsewhere, or got as an official free offer, have been cancelled in Native Access, first in NA 2 and today NA 3:

Audiolens, Neutron 4 Elements, Relay, Ozone 11 Elements, Trash, and VocalSynth 2.

I tried submitting a support request but it doesn't acknowledge that I am currently logged in and though telling me to log in, doesn't show the log in pop-up, yet I easily log in to the site on other pages.

I am really frustrated as While Audiolens and Trash were freebies, the others I paid for and VocalSynth2 was quite recent.

Any help appreciated.

And yes l tried the blue button … it causes the page to flicker as if about to do something, but does nothing, so was a dead end.

Could you post a screencap? Do not have any idea what the "blue button" means

"Cancelled" usually means a subscription period has elapsed.

More curious is that I have never seen products like AudioLens, Trash etc - ever appear in Native Access.

I would know since I own the entire iZotope suite and all of my products are handled via iZotopes Product Portal - not Native Access.

While there are a few iZotope products that can be managed in Native Access (Ozone 10/11 etc) - the one's you listed do not - to my knowledge. Especially free products.

Most of my izotope products are found in the izotope installer app

So I'd like to just clarify this in case anyone else reads it.

Replies indicating that the Izotope installer handles the listed apps were correct, but that makes it all the more confusing when each product handled by that other installer is listed in the Native Access as 'Cancelled', as though it IS handled by Native Access.

The only explanation I can think of is that NI are intending to move to Native Access taking over the Izotope product downloads at some stage to unify things. That makes sense, but it would be better if the listings were withheld until functional as it causes confusion. Once these apps are on my system they tend to stay there for a while, and it is easy to forget (when handling so many) which does what if two list the products … hence my previous confusion.

Thanks to all who added clarity. Very reassuring to know that, if my system crashes and I need to shift to a new one, the plugins I paid for are still there for me.

Attached is a screenshot of what I was seeing on logging in to Native Access.

PS Why not have it say 'Izotope Installer' and have it link to that app on the users system, or show a link to the installer download page.

Thanks for the screencap. Have never ever seen anything like this.

You may want to consider contacting NI Support to get an explanation on why this is happening.
