Native Access 3.13.0, Kontakt 7 Player Update failes

Some application like Kontakt Player can't be upgraded anymore.

When updating, 2 files a Kontak7 Installer.zip and aria2 file are downloaded, then then a red message appears, download failed.

I tried several times, also with " run as administrator" but didn't work. A have the same issue with Ozone 11 Equalizer. Any idea to solve it is welcome, thank you very much in advance

Did you try reinstalling the product instead?

Speaking from my personal experience, I had trouble updating my Kontakt 7 Full Version, but then when I tried reinstalling the product, it worked, it had a new version.
