Dear NI team, you write that my Traktor Pro Plus subscription ends in August! But you are still extending it. I bought Traktor Pro 4. I can't find a way to
cancel the subscription.

Hey all, some clarity on the Traktor Pro Plus:
For the monthly subscriptions, all cases have been identified and refunded.
For the yearly subscriptions, if you bought Traktor Pro 4 and you had previously opted for auto renewal (it's only automatic if you chose it at some point), you would need to cancel the auto renewal your self before the end of term. If you didn't do it in time and it was renewed but you didn't want it to be renewed, get in touch with our supporters and they'll fix it for you: https://bit.ly/n1orders
I hope this makes things clearer. We'll make a knowledge base article covering the topic as soon as possible.

You can contact account support here - Purchase & Account – Native Instruments (native-instruments.com) and they should be able to help. Be sure to get the ticket in before the end of the month, even if you don't get it resolved right away.

Got my subscription renewed this week too. Contacted support and got a refund. But the subscription is still listed in my account as valid (but expiring) till September 2025 now. No way to cancel either. Revoked authorization to charge my PayPal account for NI. Just to get sure this doesn't happen again next year…

same here, i bought traktor pro 4 on release, and they told they were discontinuing traktor pro plus, yet they keep charging me for it.
the subscription portal is bugged as well, no mean to stop the subscription…. this is really shadyi hope to have an official communication and to be refunded the payments made between the traktor 4 acquisition and the moment they let us unsubscribe properly…

same problem here, I was just charged for Pro Plus last nght after specifically asking hte question and they confirmed that my Pro Plus would be working until December and I wouldn't be charged anymore - this is not ok.
also how did people contact support to get a refund? All their support links just take me round and round in circles??

There are 2 distinct issues. One regarding the yearly subscriptions, and another one regarding the monthly subscriptions.
- The yearly subscription when you bought Traktor Pro 4.
There seems to be a few misunderstandings regarding Traktor Pro 4 and the end of the yearly Traktor Pro + subscriptions. I have reached out for clarification and will get back here as soon as I can share more.
2. The monthly subscriptions not being cancelled for some users.

I gotta say this situation doesn't make me super happy. I don't want to switch to 4 yet, due to stability reasons and also due to the Supreme Mod, which truly is supreme, not supporting 4 at the moment.
I had a monthly subscription of Plus and now basically I have to make do without Ozone Maximizer and Pattern Player kinda just….because.
I don't think it's unreasonable by any means to wait for a while before upgrading to 4. 3 is stable, I trust it for performances. Plus, I've really gotten used to the Supreme Mod. NI should hire Aleix or license the mod from them because what they created is pretty incredible.
I really wish I had the option to continue Plus subscription until 4 is as rock-solid as 3, and the mod is ported to 4. As someone who has like 8 NI HW devices at home plus a Komplete Kontrol suite etc., I feel kinda let down by my favorite music company in this particular instance.

This is the problem i've been trying to communicate to customer service.
I'm now without Pro Plus which i'm more than happy to continue paying for. Unfortunatley 4 just isn't stable enough at this stage for me to trust it for public performances.
It's the very first time i've actually felt let down by the Traktor team.
